Decision: Revise. Morning: email and Facebook with hot lemon water before breakfast. Revised: Quiet time with meditative/reflective thoughts and my dogs, watching the sun rise over my backyard wildlife habitat with a mug of hot lemon water for thirty to forty minutes. Breakfast under 300 calories with hot green tea. Record food information. Exercise. Journal.
