Lynn, her husband, and Pepper, their droopy-haired, white Shitzu, use my one acre, dead end, native-plant-certified backyard habitat–sixteen large garden beds planted for wildlife with
connecting grass paths–as their private dog park. They disregard the leash law in the subdivision.
